At Secure Parking & Storage, we work with registered social landlords to improve the physical state of and optimise revenue from garage stock attached to social housing. We work with all different types of providers of social housing: local authorities and housing associations; Large Scale Voluntary Transfers and Arms’ Length Management Organisations.
We currently manage and maintain almost 12,000 garages in seven different towns across the South of England and the Midlands, and we are adding to our portfolio of garage stock all the time.
Working in partnership with Alliance Homes, we are part of an OJEU Framework Agreement for management and maintenance of social housing garages in England, an agreement in two lots for the South and North of England.
